beakfast to 7 hours of water 1 cup of green tea then went to school! then lunch at Ecoles 12 heures 2 Nature's Valley Granola Peanut Butter 180 calorie snack after School 3pm 100 calorie pack of almonds blue diamond natural school meals after 4pm stir-fry (without oil or anything) .. 1 / 4 of a block of tofu cut into cubes, 3 radishes, 1 stalk celery diced 1 / 4 red pepper sliced 1 / 2 cup canned peas and about 2 tablespoons sauce soybean with a small salad: 1 leaf romaine lettuce letucce and 1 / 2 cup shredded carrots & Snack 6pm iceberg lettuce 1 cup shredded carrots & iceberg Green tea Snack Box 8pm 1 / 4 cup raisins 140 calories 2 oranges snack 9:30 pm 1 carrot and 1 whole lemon and salt as I receive a fat ?????? plenty of water and No I exersice Sat home to study all day long i am 5 "4 127 pounds muuuuuusssssstt put themselves at a rate of 100 pounds Quick ?!!!!! my day thank you! 
Your calorie intake seems appropriate. You do not need to lose weight, however. A healthy weight based on your height, would anyone where between 108 and 145 pounds. You are truly an ideal weight now. At 100 pounds, you'd much insufficient. Any weight you lose will probably muscle mass, not fat. Be happy where you are. If you absolutely have to lose weight, do it slowly and do not get below 108 pounds. It is unhealthy.
